The men at reception were super kind and helpful. They helped me pick out glasses and went over the itemized invoice and options in a clear way. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and helped with my eye issue as well as giving me a new prescription. She explained everything so well and has given me resources to better care for my eyes. The space was well lit, organized, and very clean. Definitely will come back and make this practice my primary optometrist!

I have visited this office on two occasions. The first visit was very pleasant from the staff to the doctor. She’s very thorough she makes you feel very comfortable. Make sure you understand everything before leaving. She’s always open to more questions that you may have I cannot think of her name, but she’s absolutely wonderful. However, my last visit there was a young lady there I didn’t catch her name. I would say she might’ve been. The assistant wasn’t very welcoming or pleasant didn’t quite communicate. Well she may just need to touch up on some people skills. I wouldn’t say she had horrible service but when working with the public, I think it’s imperative to always make sure we’re given our best to customers despite what we may be dealing with internally so I would say maybe she had an off day but nonetheless I saw the same doctor and she was absolutely phenomenal as always.

The experience with the Doctor was very pleasant. However I should have been told the breakdown of the cost for the glasses. All the extras that get added on and not told just what the final cost was. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I paid more out of pocket than what insurance covered.

This place is great!! Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Easy to make an appointment too!!! They were honest about what pair of glasses to get since my partner wasn’t there. He loved the new glasses and loved how they helped me pick out the right ones for me! Definitely recommend this place! A+++++++

They helped me with the fitting of my frames and were so kind as to talk to me about transition lenses which had also been on my radar.
