My visit to Big Sky Eye Care was a pleasure. I was seen on time, detailed eye testing was completed very efficiently. Dr. Mitman explained all test results in an easy way to understand. She advised on the best treatments for my particular eye issues. This is a very professional facility, and everyone was very cordial and personable. I will be returning for my annual visits.
I’ve been coming here for years and I really like how thorough they are! The staff is super friendly but also incredibly HELPFUL too! Dr. Wilkins is awesome & actually shows me the evidence of what they find from all of tests they do on my eyes and it’s such a relief to have medical personnel show me exactly what they are referring to because I am a retired RN. It’s also very comforting to see all the steps they take to ensure everyone gets proper eye care! I’d 100% recommend this clinic! 🥰
I walked in off the street and asked for an adjustment for my new glasses which I purchased from an office in Missoula. I was directed to an alcove and soon joined by Avaree. Avaree was very kind and patient with me as I explained what I wanted. She made several corrections to the fit of my glasses and made sure I was completely satisfied. Avaree was obviously very busy the day I was there, however, she treated me like I was the only person in the room. I appreciate that kind of thoughtful service and left the office happy that I came. Thank you again, Avaree! You are the best.
I really like that I didn't have to wait long when I arrived. Everyone was friendly and kind. The doctor was thorough, listened to me, and answered my questions. We had a very nice conversation. Highly recommended.
