HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone has an attitude. Over charged me without even attempting to use my insurance. Instead, argued with me stating I was wrong and I have a different vision provider. I tried to explain how my insurance works in attempt to locate the correct insurance needed within their system. Nope. Refused. I was wrong. Now I am out almost $100.00 when my insurance stated it was 100% COVERED. DO NOT GO HERE.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how kind and welcoming everyone was! Dr. Porter provided each of us with a thorough eye exam, explaining everything clearly, offering helpful advice, and answering all of our questions with ease. The staff who assisted us in selecting frames were fantastic—quick to suggest options and genuinely helpful in finding the best fit. The level of care and attention we received throughout our visit was outstanding. We’re excited to fully recommend Bigley Eyecare Associates to anyone in need of quality eye care!
