One of the best experiences I’ve had with an eye doctor quite frankly. From the phone call to the desk, into the office and out to frames - they were assisting and helpful the entire journey. The doctor was so incredible and professional, courteous and personal. He put me right at ease and was honestly just refreshingly honest and open with me. The gentleman who assisted with my frames was fantastic and patient, and I am no easy shopper! I had a pleasant visit and will return to get my family their work done here as well. We are local and in this area - you have options - don’t make the mistake and skip this one. This place is an easy 11/10. Fantastic work guys, and thank you for helping me while I was also assisting my elderly father. You guys really made us both feel quite at ease and pleased with the entire experience. That doctor though! INCREDIBLE!

Unfortunately the service here has gone downhill immensely. Challenging to even get in touch with anyone regardless of how you reach out multiple times (phone, email, etc). When you do get in touch, it's only a matter of time before there's another issue. They refer you to the online scheduler but then when you schedule online they call you the day before and tell you the doctor won't be in that day. This is just one example. Unfortunate, since I really liked Dr Bistline, but it sounds like they're having some huge problem with actually running their business. So I do not recommend coming here or even trying to call unless you're willing to be frustrated over and over again.

I had a good in person experience but when I got home I noticed they only gave me my glasses rx and not my contact prescription. I have been trying to reach them over phone, email as well as through my contact provider for over a month. I have never heard back and you can not order new contacts without a prescription and I am almost out. Overall very frustrated with communication. You always go straight to voicemail and can never reach an actual person.

Been a patient here for years. Never had a problem until my annual eye exam this year. Frustrating that you can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Staff seems as though they could care less. Was lied to for three weeks, including by Dr Bistline, as to the status of my contact order. I had to take off work to personally go to their office to try to get an answer. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Great doctor and great experience . Dr Bistline recommended I go with a different brand of contacts which were more inexpensive and of similar quality to the ones I was currently using. I decided to, and ordered a 6 month supply. An hour after leaving I was contacted by the office saying that brand of contact was not in stock . They instead gave me the more expensive contacts for the same cost . Additionally , I told Dr Bistline I had floaters and asked if he had any recommendations for treatment . He gave me a bottle of supplements to try - 90 day supply - free of charge .
