As a 61-year-old who has visited many optical shops throughout my life, I have a sharp eye for when someone is being genuine versus just going through the motions. Rhonda is the real deal. I arrived near closing time, and despite the hour, Rhonda never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She remained incredibly thorough and focused entirely on ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase. Rhonda's expertise is evident; Rhonda truly understands the technical aspects of eyewear and was both truthful and courteous in her approach. What stood out most was Rhonda's integrity. When I was considering certain frames, she suggested her professional description that they did not fit me well. Rhonda could have easily let me purchase them, but instead, she guided me toward a better choice, which I ended up liking much more. Because of her honest and skilled guidance, I felt confident enough to purchase two pairs of glasses, and I plan to return for two more. Rhonda went above and beyond in every sense. Rhonda is a credit to your optical department, and I hope this review recognizes her for the exceptional, high-quality service she provides. I’ve been getting my glasses at the Bellport BJ’s for a few years. My son needed glasses and had no reason to go anywhere else. Eunice helped me , and Rhonda helped my son. Both are pleasant and professional. Being in sales myself I’m more critical of sales people in general. Highly recommended.
