If i could give 6 stars i would. Today i visited Bjs's optical at this location looking for new frames to replace my broken frames and the service i received was exceptional. There were two nice ladies, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly understood what i was looking for. I left 100% satisfied and with new frames! I will be back to get new sunglasses. Thank you!

I had a great experience thanks to Jennifer C. She went above and beyond to help me find a solution to an issue I was having with my glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
I walked in and the customer service was amazing nothing but understanding. She listened & assisted me with fixing my son glasses. He was so happy! Although we was unable to get his new prescription filled due to them not accepting health insurance. I would recommend anyone to try Bjs eye optical services.
Horrible frame broke within 3 weeks of me picking it up. With warranty, you still have to pay almost $30 to get it replaced. In thecase you don’t have warranty they don’t let you buy the frames if you just need the frame, you have to buy frames and lenses again. If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked it.
