Incredible experience. I felt like I was actually in Disney World, everyone was so nice. It was my first eye appointment ever, and they made everything so easy and understandable. Emma at the front is the nicest person I have ever met, and Dr. Kryder is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I will absolutely be back and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, Blink!!

I have been visiting for 5+ yrs now. From check-in to check-out entire team at this clinic is top-notch. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the wait time always was very minimal max 15 mins. The optometrist took time to explain every test they performed and always provide great insight on eye health without feeling rushed. I will definitely be coming back for all my future eye care needs. Thank You!

I read your reviews & agree beautiful building, qualified doctors and great looking products, however the experience I’m sharing may be one where you lose two customers. We went to Blink initially due their close proximity o our home. After our first visits, we both perchised new glasses. I decided to purchase transition bifocal lenses and my wife purchases bifocal clear lenses and a separate pair of sun glasses. Her next followup ended up being just outside the 12 month period from when she got her glasses and she asked the doctor about a concern with her sun glasses. The issue was when cutting th bifocal lenses, the technician miscalculated the line for the bifocal and to make the sunglasses work properly in the car, she has to posh them down on her nose. Not a good look, particularly for a woman but a problem caused by the technician. My wife inquired about getting the lenses corrected and the response was she was outside one year warranty and making new lenses would cost $400+. I don’t why her annual visit fell outside the one year warranty but the problem with her sunglasses was a problem created by your technician; the improperly placed bifocal. Even being outside the warranty period, Blink should stand their technicians work and simply cut new lenses for my wife’s sunglasses. This whole issue has been frustrating & not the kind of service I’d expect from Blink. We would like to see our relationship with Blink continuing for years but this experience is concerning. Purely from a Customer Service standpoint, recognize your mistake and replace these lenses at your cost.

Dr Gaddis and the office team are the best in the eyecare business! I've been a patient for over 5 years and I travel over an hour for my eyecare appointments. The doctor and office staff are friendly, professional and attentive to your eyecare needs. Dr. Gaddis will remain my eyecare doctor for as long as she's in business! I appreciate her and I am very grateful for the eyecare services she provides!

I needed a same-day appointment and called in—they were able to schedule me right away, which I really appreciated. The team was excellent and very professional. They even checked over the phone to confirm that my insurance was in-network, which saved time and hassle. They also sent a vision interview form through email, so be sure to fill it out in advance—it helps save time during the visit. The equipment used for the eye check-up and eye X-ray was super advanced. Dr. Andrew Kryder was amazing—very professional, patient, and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated his care and the overall experience. Highly recommend Blink Eyecare!
