Everyone there was so nice . And Dr. Knox was so nice! You could tell everyone knew what they were doing. I haven’t had my cataract surgery yet. But I’m not worried at all!

I used Dr. Waggoner for cataract surgery, and I assumed I would see him post op. I had several follow-up visits, but I only saw him one time. This is shocking considering the amount of money spent on the procedure. There are other issues that need to be addressed: 1. The amount quoted for the procedure was $2,000 per eye, but I ended up paying WELL over $5,000! When I asked the scheduler about the discrepancy, she became impatient and quasi-rude. She kept telling me that all costs were outlined in my agreement. Maybe they were but I didn't see it and I felt very rushed. Was I bothering her? 2. The cataract surgery DID NOT correct my vision. I paid for the Precision procedure. I assumed this would correct my vision. I had to have two follow-up procedures. A YAG and a PRK surgery. 3. The PRK surgery recovery was very painful, and I don't feel this was explained properly. Matter of fact, one of the post-op doctors kept telling me the recovery would be uncomfortable. It was not uncomfortable, it was excruciating. 4. I had to call the after hours number one night due to the PRK recovery pain. My pain level was at a 10 (on a scale of 1-10). I , called a number at 11 p.m. and did not hear from anyone until 11:45. This is unacceptable. In conclusion, the entire process from start to finish was a nightmare.

It ran like a well-oiled machine: the receptionist was kind and helpful, my nurse who ran the preliminary tests was friendly yet professional, next I travelled to a different room for more testing, I was met by another smiling staff member who was gentle and kind, then I got to meet the surgeon who went through my tests and his recommendations, then a lovely lady led me to her office where she went through surgical and payment options, and lastly, the check out process was fast and flawless! What a nice, clean eye clinic staffed by professionals…as I walked out the doors, I thought to myself that this sure is a well-organized clinic staffed by kind/caring staff!

Staff was very personable throughout each test. I was able to go through the appointment in an acceptable time frame. Dr Knox was very professional and explained my condition very clearly and further treatment to help my issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved Dr. Hickman. He’s explained everything to us that we didn’t understand. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and that helped us that day. Thank you for picking him to be our doctor! We are most certainly blessed!!!
