It’s always a professional experience. I’ve been going to Dr. Gendleman and his office for many years, ever since I was 12 years old after an eye injury. When my son was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 12 years old, I wanted to make sure he was seen by the best eye doctor possible. That’s why I chose Burlington Eye Associates. Their professionalism, experience, and quality of care have always given me confidence, and I trust them to provide my son with the same excellent care I’ve received over the years.

I have been a very long time patient. I have been in the care of Dr. Philip Gendleman. I love going here, he is very friendly, detail oriented and known how to treat me. I'm very please going here. Nothing but the best care.

Such a pleasant experience. I went in for my appointment was immediately checked in and then seen by Dr. Smail all in a matter of a couple minutes. He was extremely professional, kind and very knowledgeable about what he does. I wanted to do a routine eye exam to be able to know my prescription for contacts, and see if I needed new glasses. It was quick, painless and I even went home with some contacts he gave me to try and contact solution. Side note the insurance process was also quick and easy to link together and process for my appointment as well!

Dr Gendelmann is thorough explaining everything that is going on with your eyes and has a way of assuring you any issues will be addressed and resolved. Always feel like I am in the very best of hands!

This is my second year as a patient at Boston Vision, and I’ve had consistently great experiences. Shout out to Amy (tech) - she was professional, friendly, and made the visit very comfortable. The front desk and checkout team were also welcoming and efficient. My appt started on time, and Dr. Vitale took the time to explain everything clearly and listen to my concerns. Highly recommend!
