If i could give this place zero reviews, i would. The reviews here do not lie. The office worker Anna has HORRIBLE customer service. Though i can understand why once i spoke to the so called office manager Mary. As a manager she could not even explain why i would have to pay for additional services that they wanted me to pay out of pocket for. They also overbook to where you wait even with an appointment is 3 hours. They have no regards for patients and appointments. This place is nothing but a clinic with no patient interest buy only about making money. It’s a shame that the doctor could be good but with a such incompetent staff who is lead by an even more incompetent office manager, no one wants to go to this meat market clinic. This place needs to clear house and get a manager who knows how to run an office.

I’ve never seen a doctors office packed to brim the way the place was. There were people waiting on the floor, standing in corners, and they were calling in patients from the lobby outside. When the front desk person finally showed up they told me it was a 4-5 hour wait time. Not a chance I was waiting that long with my little girl. I don’t have an entire day to dedicate to waiting when it took 2 months to get an appointment. I would rather find another doctor.

Stay far away from this place. My 3 year olds appointment was at 10:15am. The waiting room was PACKED. We waited 30 minutes and left. They called me at 2:00pm and said the doctor was ready to see us. They expected a 3 year old to sit for FOUR HOURS. Ridiculous.

I have conflicting feelings on this place in PSL. Been taking my child here for 6 years. The wait is horrible and while I see the staff loose their cool, its pretty rare. I more often see how horrible patients talk to the staff. Multiple times I've said something to other patients about not making racist comments because the wait sucks. The receptionists do not have control over how long the wait is. Nor do they choose how many people to book in one day. So while the wait sucks especially with children. . Dr. S is the only eye dr that most insurances cover for children under 8 years old. He is a very nice doctor and seems professional. I feel for the staff because imagine being verbally abused 8 hours a day every day or even once a day/week. No one deserves to be spoken to the way I've seen this staff talked to. They have an option to wait in the car and they'll call us. So typically that's the option we choose when we go here. The wait is going to be long no matter what so I'd rather keep my child from seeing the uglier side of humanity.

I had a 1 pm appointment and it was 1:30. The people near me had 10 am and 10:40 appointments and had not been seen yet. The doctor comes twice a month and the typical wait time is 3, 4, or 5 hours. I left without being seen. I wish there was a zero rating. There is no reason for this disorganizations.
