I took my son here for his annual eye exam. Wonderful experience. Dr. Edwards is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t catch the young man’s name who helped us pick out and fit glasses but he was awesome as well; so was the young lady who helped prior to Dr. Edwards. I will also be switching from my current eye doctor to Dr. Edwards.
brought my kids here for their eye exams today, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional, kind, and patient with my children. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care for their family.
Landon was super attentive helping me get my lenses switched in my frames. He tightened the frames where they had loosened without having to ask. Great service and friendly!
Such a great experience at Professional Eye Care Associates! Brandy and Melanie made me feel so welcome right away, Julie explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and Dr. Edwards was so kind and genuine, you can really tell she cares about her patients. I left feeling taken care of and informed. Highly recommend!
I like the new office. It is very spacious. The staff was very polite except for the young lady the put me in the exam vroom. She was not very nice at all. I love Dr. Giang.
