I’ve been coming to Site for Sore Eyes since 2020, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The entire team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Daniel and Nora are especially wonderful—they’re always so helpful and never make me feel like I’m asking for too much, whether I need to be fitted for new glasses or contact lenses. They always take the time to make sure everything is just right, and I truly appreciate their patience and kindness. The optometrist is incredibly thorough, explains everything clearly, and always answers my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is clean, organized, and provides excellent customer service from start to finish. They also have great prices, especially when using my insurance, which makes quality eye care even more accessible. After coming here for years, I can honestly say they’ve earned my trust. I highly recommend Site for Sore Eyes to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service!

I’m really grateful for the help I received. He went out of his way to examine my glasses first and confidently let me know they could be repaired. He reassured me the whole time that everything would be okay, which I appreciated. The turnaround was quick, and my glasses came back in perfect condition. Highly recommend! Incredibly helpful- I was stuck without contacts on Fourth of July vacation. All other stores were closed and LensCrafters was no help. The staff here were super helpful and were able to find an easy solution. Highly recommend.

Went in today for a emergency pair of glasses with a budget and the owner working the counter and Nora made me feel welcomed and helped me with the nicest pair of glasses and a 2nd pair for free , amazing service top tier recommend to every and anyone around the area

Stopped in for a sunglasses repair and had a great experience. Staff were friendly, especially Daniel. He’s quick, and didn’t try to upsell me. The repair was done efficiently and my frames felt like new. Prices were reasonable too. Would come back again. Recommend this place in Solano Mall Fairfield.
