I really liked this place. My daughter was seen there recently for the first time and check-in was a breeze. We only waited a couple minute past our appt time, but nothing drastic. Lisa, the one who called us back, was extremely nice and professional with my daughter. We did have to wait for a room to see the doctor, but every single person all of the way to check-out was really polite and friendly. I feel confident that they did thorough work on her new prescription. It was also the first time she had her eyes dilated. She was scared, but Lisa explained everything well and was very patient with my daughter. This will be our regular optometrist choice.

I am never going to this place again. I went once and that was more than what I needed. For my first appointment whenever I was waiting in the lobby, I saw front desk workers openly bullying, one of the younger girls at the front desk, and even though the ladies who took me back for my initial screening were really nice, no one ever gave me a heads up that they would be dilating my eyes. I asked them not to and they said it was required since I was a new patient. My safety was put at risk and I would’ve definitely sued this place if I had gotten in a car accident. If you’re going to dilate a patient’s eyes give them an appropriate notice so they can plan accordingly. And when I was seen by one of the optometrists, she seemed cold and closed off to any questions/concerns that I had. She also told me that whenever I was going through the vision screening the stronger prescription was more clear for my eyes, but she wasn’t going to change my prescription at all… Excuse me, doesn’t that mean my vision is getting a little bit worse and I may need the stronger lenses? So I basically got charged Hundreds of dollars to just be told that my prescription will not be changed, not go over my retinal images, and be sent home while unable to see my GPS/read street signs/being light sensitive. One of my close friends recommended this Optometry office and after I got off the phone with her when I left, she is no longer gonna be a patient there either.

Thought my husband should go to an optometrist that has experience. They were supposed to set an appointment up with Neberhaus but the set up an appointment with Dr Zippi. Husband was greeted friendly at the reception. The lady at the eye pretreatment was great. Although they have tiny tiny cubicles 4 of them in a little room. Not very comfy and no room for anyone other than the patient. He went to the room after that and the wait wasn't long. He says that the doctor however was not very friendly and although he seemed to check all the appropriate boxes he was condescending about the ability to see and wasn't any better than an assembly line location like Americas Best or the 20/20 place. We were trying get a place that was nicer than that. But I didn't read the Google reviews and should of known. The glasses cost is ridiculous too. Cheapest pair of frames is $180. Cheapest lenses were around the same. Even after the $130 given by the insurance for a cheap pair of glasses they wanted $155 for a pair with the lenses. Not including warranty or any promises. The lady that helped us was friendly enough. But when she gave us the cost of $689 for what he wanted it threw me. I buy off Zenni, Paynes Glasses, and eye buy direct regularly for myself. But thought my husband could get a good set with his insurance. Not sure why he can't. Has been that way for years thou no matter where you go. They do have a nice selection of glasses for those that can afford em. And a nice looking place and a good setup .

Dr. Burns is the ultimate professional and one of the most personable physicians I have ever met. From the moment you walk into her office, you never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. She takes the time to listen, explain, and genuinely care about each patient she serves. In my case, Dr. Burns helped save my sight, something for which I will always be grateful. Her knowledge, skill, and commitment to her patients are exceptional. She approaches every situation with professionalism, compassion, and a level of dedication that is becoming increasingly rare in healthcare today. I want the company to know what a tremendous asset Dr. Burns is. She has earned my complete trust and respect, and I have no doubt that many of her patients feel the same way. She represents the very best of what patient care should be. I would also like to recognize the entire staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. They work together to create an atmosphere that is comfortable, relaxing, and reassuring from start to finish. It is clear that patient care is a priority throughout the entire office. Thank you, Dr. Burns and your wonderful team, for the outstanding care you provide. Your dedication makes a real difference in the lives of your patients, and it is deeply appreciated.

We recently took my husband to a new eye doctor clinic for a check-up and had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire office felt organized and calm. The assistant who helped get him ready for the doctor was especially kind, thorough, and made everything feel easy. We felt well taken care of from start to finish, and the doctor was attentive and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent eye care and a great overall experience.
