Took my daughter for the third year in a row and got amazing service again! They were kind and patient with her. Definitely recommend for all ages. They take their time to answer any question/concern you may have.

This place is not what it used to be. Got my prescription and my left eye was way. I found out when I went to pick up my glasses at a different vendor. So, when I tried them on and I was seeing in 3-d. So I didn’t take them and the lady told me that the left eye was way off compared to the previous prescription. Went back to bright eye care got an appointment for the next day. Went to the appointment and the office manager told me I would have to bring in the glasses to make sure the did the prescription on the glasses right. I told her I didn’t take the glasses cause I couldn’t see out of them and I had not been informed to bring the glasses. She stated that maybe the individual who made me the appointment didn’t know. I told her that was not my problem if her working doesn’t know her job. So I left and she refuse to check my eyes to verify their work. Went to a different eye doctor and got a prescription that was totally different on my left eye, but had to pay 99.00 dollars. I am waiting for their answer since I requested that since Bright Eye gave me the wrong prescription they should refund me. In 4 day I will file a complaint with the better business bureau against this company, and will check with a small claim court after that. I have both prescriptions to back up my claim.
