Andray who is the manager here is so nice My school were giving me a hard time with my physical and immunization. Andray stepped up for me and got me all the help I needed. He literally saved me and the staff here are so professional and nice. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone

Please avoid VIViAN AJAERO I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office, particularly with Vivian's handling of my care. My prior authorization request was mishandled, and I received conflicting information from the provider's office and my insurance company. Despite being told that all required documentation had been submitted, my insurance repeatedly stated that they had not received the necessary information. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication, follow-up, and empathy throughout the process from VIVIAN Instead of feeling supported as a patient, I felt dismissed and left to navigate a complicated insurance issue on my own. When I sought clarification regarding the denial, I did not receive clear answers, and the interaction felt confrontational rather than helpful. Patients dealing with insurance approvals for important medications are often already under significant stress. Compassion, professionalism, and effective communication are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient communication, care coordination, and the handling of prior authorization requests so that future patients do not have to go through a similar experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Andray the manager at the 3991 location. I was dealing with an issue from another site where I had been given incorrect information, and the back-and-forth was becoming very frustrating. When I connected with Andray, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to provide clear and accurate information and guided us through the next steps. Thanks to his support, we were able to get signed up with a primary care provider who could properly assist us with our situation. I had the most incredible experience at this urgent care! From the moment I arrived, the wait time was incredibly short—they took care of me right away. Andrey was so helpful, even though they were having some system issues—he stayed calm and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Ayanie was also amazing—so warm, caring, and reassuring. They turned what could have been a stressful visit into a truly comforting one. I can’t recommend them enough!
