I recently purchased a pair of glasses and had such a positive experience thanks to the salesperson who assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about the different styles and options. She made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciate her excellent customer service! Thank you so much Vashti 🙂

The Doctor and the Receptionist to the left provided exceptional service. Unfortunately, my experience after was extremely disappointing. I received a call about two weeks ago saying my glasses were ready, but when I arrived, they were not. I later received another call telling me they were finally ready. When I returned to pick them up, the customer service I received from two staff members was unacceptable. ( the black light skin lady with a red hair and the Guyanese or Trinidadian Lady. I won’t mention their names to spare them the public embarrassment more further ) One staff member ignored me completely. I then approached another employee, who responded in a loud, rude tone, saying, “I’m with a customer.” I didn’t realize she was already helping someone, and I simply explained that I was there to pick up my glasses. Instead of responding politely, she told me I had to wait in a way that felt dismissive and embarrassing, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. When I asked for their names, their attitudes changed immediately, and they suddenly became more helpful after realizing I intended to report the interaction. That only reinforced my impression that they knew their behavior had been inappropriate. I work in customer service myself, and I would never speak to a customer in such a disrespectful or demeaning manner. There was no reason for the rude tone or the public embarrassment. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. If you cannot work with a public, this is not a good fit for you! AS A EDIT TO THE OWNER RESPONSE:: Thank you, Owner, for responding to my previous post. However, it’s clear this is not the first time these individuals have behaved this way, and it appears the issue has never been properly addressed. So, when will this finally be addressed? Residents deserve to know what actions will be taken to prevent this from continuing.
I've been going to these eye care for 15 years. The doctors are awesome. But to buy Eyewear. I do not recommend. And if you do check with your insurance to see what your insurance covers for you. I say this cause I recommended my wife to try them. Show like the doctors exam. But when it came to get glasses they told her, her insurance don't cover the glasses and she needed to pay one thousand dollars up front. She payed them caus3 she worked from home and she's always on her computer. When we got home she called her insurance and the told her that they payed for almost all of the service. She went back and made a claim. So now the visitaste eye care had to give her back almost 7 hundred dollars back. Now they not only lost me as a customer and also my wife. Please call your insurance before going to an eye care especially this location.
I visited vistasite eyecare today,my experience was amazing the staff was welcoming and professional. The sale representatives was well experienced with the lenses, frames, style, and how well the frame complements my face. I will definitely recommend vistasite eyecare to all my friends and family
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Doing the eye exam is fine but when it comes times to buy glasses and contacts their reps are very unprofessional. This heavy set lady with red hair and glasses tried to tell me my insurance does not cover any frames at all, which was I lie. I called my insurance to confirm and they told me they did. This place is terrible and I do not recommend
