I've had many eye exams over the years but never have I had an exam so thoroughly given! Dr Brown took the time to exam, explain, and recommend unlike no other. She didn't feel comfortable until I had a full understanding of my exam results. She fully explained the pros and cons of eyeglasses vs. contacts in a way that has never been explained to me before. She kept eye contact with me while talking, unlike most doctors who talk while looking at your charts and never making any eye contact. Things like that matters to patients!! Took my father here for an exam and new glasses. Everyone was so friendly! Dr Brown was incredibly patient with my father who suffers with cognitive issues. She took her time and allowed him to respond. Very kind. I would highly recommend her office and the whole staff. The visit was smooth and we walked out with a new prescription for glasses and a smile.
