I had a great experience getting my DOT physical done here. The entire process was smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish. The staff is hands down the best—friendly, knowledgeable, and they really make you feel comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly and kept things moving without feeling rushed. If you need a DOT physical, I highly recommend this place. Top-notch service and an awesome team.

The receptionist helped me find the report of what drug test I needed to have done. The wait time was not long. The young lady that helped me know how to do the pee test was very clear in instructions and once done told me what the next steps will be from the lab. Over all a pleasant experience

It was ok but i went for a urine drug test and it took a bit long for something could have been an easy 10-15 mins it was instead 35-40mins

The staff were really helpful and got me out the door very quickly. They were very helpful and, helped me fill out the forms. They made the process quick and simple.

My appointment on January 16th with Hyekyung Thrane, N.P. was very disappointing and unprofessional. She did not perform any medical examination or even evaluate my condition. The visit felt rushed, as if the primary goal was to quickly conclude the appointment and the Workers’ Compensation case rather than provide appropriate care or treatment. I left without receiving the level of attention, assessment, or treatment I should have received as a patient. Overall, the experience reflected poor professionalism and a lack of due diligence in patient care.
