Was recommended by an employee and the Dr was nice and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The staff was very helpful in helping me select my glasses and they were also very quick on getting them to me.

My daughter is young and they did such a good job with her! So patient. Very understanding. And go the extra mile! Highly recommend!
Dr. McCashen is a very professional and thorough with his exams. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Very polite women. I will recommend them to anyone
I was absolutely shocked by Dr. McCashen’s lack of compassion toward my 3-year-old son. After our appointment, I discovered that this behavior is not an isolated incident—he has a well-documented history of similar conduct toward both children and adults. He has reportedly told patients to “shut up,” reacts with alarming irritability, and becomes condescending, particularly when patients struggle with tasks like inserting contact lenses for the first time. I would strongly advise against seeking care from him—0/10, would not recommend.
