I was having some issues with my contact lens prescription and scheduled my annual checkup with Bryan Vision. Dr. Stacey demonstrated her years of experience and deep knowledge by re-calibrating my prescription with utmost precision. ** Highly recommended! **
The practice was bought out by a corporate group and the customer service was abysmal. Both the eye doctor and staff told me that if I didn’t like the service that I could leave. For something as important as being able to see, this new group is all corporate and only cares about the bottom line.
I found them through my insurance company. Anyone giving a bad rating due to insurance not paying their ESTIMATED portion or expense is unfairly rating this Private practice. (Let me repeat, private practice!) That’s your duty as a consumer to make sure you’re in a network provider. If not, that’s your own risk. Can’t get mad at the practice for your insurance not paying as much. That’s never guaranteed payment. Do your research folks! My experience was AWESOME! Polly returned my call when I left a message about wanting Halloween contacts and needed some information. From there on, the great service just continued. She got me in that day since it was the last day to order custom contacts and verified my benefits for me. When I got there, everything was already all figured out for me. Dr. Robert (he goes by Dr. Bo) maybe it’s “Beaux” ... I’m just guessing! He’s just awesome. Super friendly, super knowledgable, and super tall! Last description isn’t service related, obviously. He explained everything as he went along and made sure I had my questions answered. When I was done, Polly had the contact page up and ready for me to choose the ones I wanted! It was great! Loved this place. Office was clean and comfortable! They could turn the AC up a bit tho. Lol! My only small issue was how chilly the office was but I have a feeling the main building controls that. Cool office in a cool building! Felt super vintage but with a modern focus. Totally recommend.
The lady helping me was a nurse who visited other clinics as well; she was sociable and communicative. She answered all my questions thoroughly :) and when I came back to have my glasses loosened a bit the staff was the same
My whole family has been going to Bryan Vision for almost 20 years now. Love supporting this family business! They are also great with kids and generous with their time and knowledge.
