Almost always runs on time. Staff is generally friendly. Drs. have been very professional, kind and capable. When I had an eye issue they got me right in within a day or so. Dr. Gibson has been terrific! I would and DO recommend.

I have been taking my grandmother and grandfather to this office for quite a while now, and unfortunately the wait times seem to get longer every visit. The staff and doctors are friendly, but the amount of time patients spend waiting is becoming very frustrating. Most visits involve waiting in two separate waiting rooms, and it is not unusual to spend 30–40 minutes waiting before even being seen. If you have an appointment scheduled for 3:00 p.m., you may not leave until close to 6:00 p.m. because the office is so backed up. It feels like you have to give up an entire day just to attend a routine appointment. I understand that the doctors are busy and see a large number of patients, but the scheduling seems to be beyond what the office can reasonably handle. The waiting room is always packed, and the delays are consistent at nearly every visit. This is not a hospital emergency room, so these kinds of wait times should not be the norm. I hope the office can improve its scheduling process because the quality of care is good, but the excessive wait times make it difficult for patients and their families.
I went to this practice with my mom not too long ago and I was debating on writing a review, but what I saw during our visit was just unacceptable. The check in process was just a nightmare and just way too complicated, you can tell that the company that took over does not care about the elderly. All of that electronic paperwork that they expect them to understand. My mother was confused out of her mind trying to sign all of those forms! It can’t just be a couple forms in one signature? And thank goodness for those front desk girls who took their time to help her and was so patient with her. We sat down and waited for 40 minutes to be seen. And the visit itself was fine but when we came to check out the front desk girls were laughing at a joke a patient said when their manager yelled at them for laughing or being too loud which shocked me because for a practice who claims to put their patients first, how can that be true while not allowing them to interact with said patients? Don’t know if we will be coming back.
Needed to be seen within a few days and the staff was able to fit me in quickly with a convenient time. Dr. Tubiello provides exceptional care and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend.
I started having a sharp uptick in eye floaters last week. A couple years ago, I had a hole in my retina, and had to have emergency laser eye surgery to repair it at Wills. So I called Bux Mont on Friday (where I'm a patient) and asked for an urgent appointment. They confirmed they took my insurance and made me an appointment for Monday morning with the retina doctor. When I got there, I was told they were not in network with my insurance. I asked if I could pay out of pocket to get a picture taken of my retina so I would at least know if I have another tear or hole, and they said no. I offered to pay up to $400 out of pocket for a consult and retina imaging. They wouldn't commit to that and said I might need to have laser eye surgery which would cost much more than that. Yes I know, but what about just helping me assess the problem? I left, and now I can't get in anywhere else until tomorrow and I'm stuck just praying my retina doesn't detach tonight. Why couldn't they just look at my retina and tell me if it was compromised or not? I am baffled by this behavior. It seemed like they only cared about money. Really disappointing and disheartening experience.
