The doctor here is very thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He helped me and my partner with new glasses, even though we're both medically challenged. Doc did good though! Very happy with the glasses overall. It did take quite a bit longer for the transition glasses but we expected that to be a possibility. The staff are very nice too.
At Buena Vista Eye Care the staff was very exceptional. The service was great, as well as the employees. I feel they were very helpful with my optometry needs. They made me feel very comfortable and they were fast and convenient. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and truly made my day more pleasant than it already was. I really had a good experience with my eye exams at Buenavista - Adelanto. The nurse was nicely & patiently done all the examinations, the doctor Alexandros Marneris, O.D. also made time to explain what’s happening with my eyes and the further procedures needed. I really appreciate when doctors really make time for the patient’s questions and no rush at all. The front office girls are all also nice and explained things clearly specially when you are a new patient. The service overall was excellent and high recommend. 5⭐️
Ive been going to Buena Vista Eyecare for over 10 years. Always a great experience. Optometrist are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. They have an awesome variety of eyewear. It was quite the surprise when I was told there is now a 4% fee to use a credit or debit card. Not happy about it.
Omg! Such a kind and patient office! Dr. Alex was AMAZING. Today was my first time getting prescription contacts.He was extremely thorough with all the information I needed. Dr. Alex was sooo cool and funny too. I only want to book future appointments with him. He made me feel come and comfortably. There was also a young lady who sid my eye exams... I think her mame was... Martha. She was so kind and patient with me too and made me feel calm. Hollie, who works in the front was AWESOME. I had some trouble trying to practice putting in and out my contacts, but she was immensely sweet and kind to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left my appointment fully knowledgeable of my benefits, cost, and how to properly install and clean my contacts. Dr. Alex, Hollie, and Martha made DAY! I can finally see without my glasses 🥹 Thank you all for a pleasant experience 😊
