I saw Dr. Wetzel in Apple Valley at Buena Vista Eyecare and had the most thorough exam. His professionalism, along with his knowledge of the health of my eyes was exemplary. Doesn’t hurt that his humor and wit made my eye exam experience feel like family! Dr. Wetzel was extremely kind…my prescription was perfect! Highly recommend!
I have been wearing glasses for 30 years, so I've been to a lot of optometry appointments. Buena Vista Eyecare now has my business for life! Dr Wetzel listened to me about the quirks of my vision and then took the time for an in-depth and thorough exam. He diagnosed a condition that I have been living with since I was a very young child that somehow went missed and has been causing me significant pain. He prescribed prism lenses for my glasses and provided guidance for this condition. It's only been a few days with the new glasses, but I'm already seeing improvement to my quality of life! I have not had binocular vision until now. My vision quality has changed from like watching a tv in the 90s to now seeing in High Def for the first time! I'm hopeful for a reduction in my pain now. And this is all because Dr Wetzel took the time to listen to me and provided a very thorough exam.
The staff is all so sweet, and helpful. The doctor is great, he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my eye issue.
Excellent service and staff. Dr. Wetzel and staff are very friendly knowledgable and are to commended for making happy patients, including myself. Can't get it Right! Went in for two glasses, one for computer and bifocal, driving and reading. Both glasses had to be sent back, they were wrong! Even after trying to adjust like they told me it made no difference! Glasses came back, still wrong! Then they charged me $55 to recheck my eyes and almost for sending the bifocal back to correct! Got the bio glasses back and tried them at the office - BAD - Worse than before! 3rd time IS NOT THE CHARM! I did not bother going back again on that pair and I sure as heck was not going back for my computer glasses , I did not want to get charged again! I'm back to the old glasses I had before them, I can see better...
