My daughter and I had a great experience at Buffalo Eye Center. She was misdiagnosed with an eye infection and Buffalo Eye Center was able to get her in quickly to be seen. She had something in her eye that needed to be removed and the staff were all amazing! It is no easy task to convince a nervous and scared 7 year old to open their eye and sit still. I am so thankful for the incredible kindness and patience everyone showed her. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years. They have a great staff and everyone is friendly. The doctor is awesome. He takes his time and listens and makes sure you get the care you need.
had high hopes, left feeling it was a waste of time. wasn’t given any options, suggestions, i asked about a previous option i had , the dr said if you wanna do it come back, so disappointed was really a waste of time and a bill i still have to pay😪
I don't write a lot of reviews but my experience was worthy of it. From the time I called and was given an appointment, the polite reminder call the day before and the excellent exam that I received from Dr. Barbarossa. I think this was the longest and most thorough eye exam I ever had. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. I was referred by someone who also just had one visit with them. My insurance IS accepted and I got a very nice pair of glasses with all of the trimmings for so much less than I paid in the past. I would like to add that I checked my insurance website to make sure it was accepted. I don't understand the negative reviews for uncovered insurance. Do your homework. For the folks that wrote the bad reviews, perhaps they did have issues but I can say I had the best experience. Thank you!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Mary at the optical store. She was awesome from start til finish making sure I was happy. Even after a funny mishap I had with the original frames I picked out. She has awesome customer service and made me feel right at home, without being a bother - thanks Mary!
