Always a great experience at Butler Eye Care. All staff is super friendly and Dr. Jennifer McGrath is so thorough and always nails my prescription. That's hard being my eye site is so challenging. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in both the Butler and Chicora locations. Both Dr Moore and Dr McGrath were excellent in thoroughly examining and evaluating my condition and following up with any concerns I had. They followed up with my cataract surgery and beyond. When the time came to choose glasses, the selection was great and the staff were happy to help me find the right frames to fit me. I also appreciated the ease and convenience of appointment scheduling and reminders via text. It was a pleasant surprise to find a discount was offered for self pay clients which made my experience even better. Thank you all for your care!
Friendly staff. The girl who checked my son out a couple weeks ago and me yesterday has an amazing personality! She is definitely a great addition to their team. I forget her name, but she has a sweet stitch keyboard and mouse!
I have worn glasses since I was 9 and am now 39. I have always gone to the Walmart vision to get my yearly exams and glasses, until my boyfriend got metal in his eye at work and I needed to take him in to have the eye doctor look at it. While I was waiting, I decided to look at glasses and ended up falling in love with two different pairs, he had to go back into the eye doctor one week later, and on that date, I decided to order glasses. It’s been a few days since then, so I haven’t received them yet but I can say that the office itself is beautiful and clean, everyone is very helpful. I know they fit my boyfriend in on an emergency same-day appointment. All and all this will be my new eye place. Definitely worth the hour drive.❤️ Also Bri is who helped me with glasses and her personality is perfect for this job, they all make you feel like you have known all of them for years❤️
I was very concerned with my increased visual problems. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful, setting me at ease and helping me understand my condition. I went to the Chicora location for this visit and was very pleased with the facility and staff. I had a great experience with the staff member Susie. She took the time to properly fit my glasses which helped to slightly improve my vision enough to see better even with my old glasses as I wait to get the next recommended treatment. Dr. McGrath was very thorough and she was very good at explaining my cataract issues with knowledge and care.
