Staff were so nice and helpful! My son had never had an eye exam before. The people were great explaining what was happening and what to expect. I did not find a staff member that was not a pleasure to interact with. Will be returning in the future!

Super helpful place, Candace helped me with adjustment on my glasses. I sat on them and needed them to be adjusted and they fixed them within 5 minutes. I must say they’re cleaner and clearer to see out off than before I sat on them ha. I highly recommend them and the women working inside were so kind and welcoming!
Had a great visit at Canon Eye Care. From the time I walked in, Shelby helped me my paperwork, Carolyn helped with my vision, Candice ordered me new glasses, and Penny completed my paperwork. Great experience and super helpful!!
The staff did a good job of informing us that they would charge $49 for retinal eye scanning. We called our insurance to double check, and were assured retinal scans are covered at a set $40 (I may be off by a dollar on these). However, canon eye care insisted insurance would not cover the extra $9, could not adequately explain why they believed this, and refused to submit the claim, which made the process difficult on our end. While most of the staff was polite, we got some serious push back from the woman who checked us in. She'd obviously had this discussion regarding the retinal eye scan many times, and instead of wanting to add clarity to a commonly asked question, just did not want to have to go through it again. The entire experience was oddly retail -oriented, which I find unethical at a doctor's office. Even the check -in form had a checkbox asking about interest in new lenses. After my appointment, I was not informed whether or not my current prescription had changed; it had. However, I was offered to purchase contacts. When I left the exam room, after having had no discussion of new prescriptions or lenses, I was ushered to a counter and encouraged to pick new frames. I was not interested in buying new frames, and once I clarified this all was fine. Overall, I've never had such a sales-focused, uncommunicative eye appointment.
