She took the time to make me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her kindness never felt rushed or routine. She was incredibly patient and answered every question I had thoroughly, making sure I understood everything without ever feeling overwhelmed. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth, but she does it effortlessly. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it shows in every interaction.
Dr. Spence removed my cataracts, and I can see so well now! I used monovision contacts for 20 years and chose the monovision lenses for my eyes. It's an amazing procedure with amazing results. What a Godsend!
I came in today seeking advice about a pair of glasses that make a cracking sound whenever I wear them. The associate who helped me was rude, dismissive, and immediately told me "that's the way glasses are" and that there was nothing she could do. I received my prescription through this office and expected far better customer service. Sadly, the customer service I received today was terrible, and this experience has ensured I won't be returning. 5 years!
