I’m so pleased I visited carolina eye once again for my routine eye exam. Dr. C is amazing and she explained not only why my eye prescription changed since we last saw each other in the previous year but also why i’d been struggling to see and experiencing so much cloudiness in my vision and frequency of migraines….unfortunately I now have a cataract in my left eye all from use of taking stelera and humira several years ago …and it was only taken less than a year…had i only know then, i would have never taken this drug! oh well! lol! thank you!!! Dr. C! at least we caught this early and can do surgery ! i am forever grateful 🦋💕👼especially due to the fact that im an artist and spend time painting with lots of vibrant colors to enrich others life’s … so my vision is very important to me!!! thank you once again🥰☀️😎🤩👁️👍👏😁

I was called back within about 5 minutes to get my appt. started. The assistant did her testing and took me to the room where I would see Dr. Hunter and prepared me for his visit. I had to do the eye check where you have each eye checked to see the lowest line you could read. Then I had my eyes dilated and waited for the doctor. Short wait - maybe 10 minutes. He checked my eyes with the bright lights and then talked about any questions I had. I had some questions and he referred me to the doctor I need to see. We agreed to a 6 month checkup.

Everyone was VERY professional. The facilities were spotless! My only suggestion would be to try and be a little more personable. It’s so easy down here… How long have you lived on HHI? Oh really - where were you from originally? Welcome to HHI - we’re glad you’re here! (Takes 2 min) DROP THE MIC!

Jessica, at the front desk is lovely, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The system of checking in on my iPhone was a nightmare. I had to do it over and over again, and I became quite frustrated. The system is awful, and needs to be changed. Other patients told me they had a similar experience! I am grateful to Jessica for her assistance in getting it straightened out! My husband’s appointment went well. Dr Hunter was very nice and professional. We really loved Renay. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and a joy to work with!

Dr. Charnetski and the entire staff were wonderful, everyone was punctual, kind, and thorough in answering my questions. They also helped me with a DMV form I specifically needed, which allowed me to go to the DMV the same day and take care of everything. I highly recommend Carolina Eye Care Center!
