The staff are very indepth . They explain everything to you and allow you to ask questions. It's doctor and client, No AI. The pricing for glasses are very competitive and they work with your insurance.
Everyone in the office was extremely kind and welcoming. Dr Quilla was understanding. He took plenty of time with exam and answering all questions. The gentleman who fitted me for glasses was exceptional!
I was happy with my eye exam even though I couldn’t afford the glasses I need. However, I went for a medical issue with my eyes and they didn’t code it medical so my BCBS didn’t pay. I wasn’t due an annual eye exam. I called over there 3 times and was told they would call me back but they never did
Everyone was so nice at Carolina Vision! It has been maybe 6 years since last had my eyes examined because of lots of illness, so I actually was wearing my son's glasses that I broke when I had a seizure. No judgment on their part at all! Every person in there treated this old lady with respect and dignity helping me with my coat and the door. Dr Quilla looked tired being up with a 3 month old most of the night but still was caring and gave me good options truthfully about what was best for my purse. Thank you Carolina Vision! I am grateful for being able to get in quickly and walking out with good vision and knowing all my options. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely the nicest experience I’ve ever had everyone was extremely kind and helpful and the lady who fitted me for my glasses was the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever encountered at any doctors office so thank you Carolina Vision for a great experience..
