A complete disaster. My eye exam was a nightmare. Everything was super rushed, only one eye was dilated but they insisted on doing the exam anyways, my original pair of glasses were read on the machine and they insisted that the prescription I've had for over 10 years was not what my glasses are. I paid extra for the eye solution that would rapidly reverse the dilation in the one eye, but 3 hours later no change. That reversal solution is not covered by insurance so I wasted that money. I placed an order for glasses thinking that even though the exam was rushed, with their high rating score they must be turning out good glasses and I was being to sensitive about everything. The day I went for the fitting, I put them on and told the lady immediately that they were wrong and I couldn't see out of them. She insisted that they were correct and to wear them 2 weeks so my eyes could adjust from the fish bowl vision I had when they were being worn. She assured me that there is a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason. I wore them 2 weeks with constant headaches, dizziness and fish bowl vision. I took them back to the office to be informed that I wouldn't be getting all the money back; maybe 20% of the over $400.00 I spent out of pocket after insurance covered a ridiculously high bill. It has now been almost a month since returning the glasses and still no contact from the office about my return and how much I will receive. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a new eye doctor. Turns out I was correct. They botched the whole exam and got the whole prescription wrong. I am now fitted correctly with the updated and CORRECT prescription and see wonderfully. My advice...avoid this place. Save your money and time. Go to a qualified company that actually cares and knows how to use their equipment. Not to mention, you will save hundreds! Make sure to compare the pricing listed on the frames with what they enter on your order. My frames were listed as $170.00 but my insurance company says the price on the invoice was $291.00. Buyer beware!

Staff is friendly which is why I gave the first star. I recently turned 40 and my vision has begun to decline a bit. I use OTC readers; however, felt it would be beneficial to have a professional visit. This was my first experience and, unfortunately, was not money well spent. A couple of hundred dollars wasted as I still am using OTC readers because I cannot see out of the prescribed glasses. The office redid the lenses at no additional cost (second star) however they were too busy when I went to pick them up to sit with me to fit them (understandable). I went for a total of three visits - the third of which was simply picking up the reworked glasses. They’re positively beautiful but unusable and I am a couple of hundred dollars lighter in the pocket.

Dr. Younger has been amazing with our family. Super knowledgeable & great with the kids too! Chelsea has gone above and beyond multiple times for us to ensure we are good to go! Highly recommend!!!

This is my second year as a patient and I appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They are always so friendly.

Would not let me have an appointment. I have no insurance and was going to pay with cash. Horrible customer service. Do not go here.
