Awesome from check in to check out ... great customer service from each room... My sister referred me here and was like you will love the Dr and staff. They were very professional great communication friendly great with kids. Owen definitely loved him he asked could he go visit again 😆 🤣 😂 he talked about Mrs Moo all the way back to the house 😆 🤣 😂 😹 definitely recommend you want be disappointed...He also was very clear and spoke where it was very understandable not just for me but Owen as well because he listens to everything very knowledgeable about adult things. Owen is 8 but he loves to ask questions about his care and I love the way Dr Vinson explained everything to him before he did anything because that makes Owen comfortable. Also the wait was very short and environment was very clean . Thanks again see you in a year

Very kind staff and Dr. Mark Vinson was a very knowledgeable Optometrist. I visited other Optometrist office and none of them compares to Carolinas Center for Sight-Marion, and seeing Dr. Vinson. He’s so nice, knowledgeable and doesn’t mind you asking questions and he will in return explain exactly what you’ve asked and also what each part of the detailed exam is about. They accepted my insurance and showed me what glasses were recommended and lenses prescribed by the Dr. all in the same office. I did preregistration online so when I got there all I had to do was check in and have a seat. It didn’t take no time to be seen. So the process was fast, easy, and smooth. All the staff at front desk were nice. The Optometrists Asst. was nice. The staff member who helped me with my glasses was just as patient and kind to me! I will definitely be a long term patient here and I fully recommend Dr. Vinson and he’s wonderful staff to all! Scale of 1 lowest and 10 highest. I say 10, because they’re awesome 😎! Having to wait over 2 months to get an appointment for my kids only to show up and be told the doctor doesn't take my insurance. Mind you I had to give them my insurance information when scheduling the appointment. Kinda feel like I could've been told this insurance information when scheduling the appointments rather than waiting until patients are at the desk ready to sign in.

I have visited Carolina Centers for sight-Florence and Marion area. I had cataract surgery on both eyes last year at the site in Florence and followup care at the Marion Center. I received professional and care and follow. I was told what to expect and follow up care. I received follow up eye exam on Tuesday July 15 at the office in Marion very professional and friendly service.

Dr. Vinson and his staff are so pleasant and made me feel so welcomed. Answered questions I had about my testing and made picking out my glasses so easy.I’m so glad I visited Marion instead of going to Florence
