So far I have personally have had a great experience my new prescription was on point. The only issue i am having is with my glasses keep sliding down on my nose so likely I will have to get another adjustment. 1st adjustment didn't seem to help enough keep falling down but I'll come back in and hopefully they will get adjusted right.

I had glaucoma tests 2 weeks ago and never got a report of results. I called and was told it takes up to 2 weeks to get results. That's unacceptable. I have never had to wait more than a day or 2 for test results from any medical practice. The person I spoke to made excuses and had no interest in being helpful. She transferred my call to someone who supposedly handles complaints but I hung up after waiting on hold. Sadly this is the 2nd time I have felt moved to give Cascade Eye Center a negative review. This is a poorly run practice, insensitive and unprofessional. They are the least patient oriented I have ever dealt with. I will be moving on to an eye care practice that values and respects my patronage.
My son got new glasses in June. Took over a month to get. Lady that had written information regarding frame we chose wrote it down wrong. This business never thought of calling to just have me re point out the frame. So after I called to figure out why I hadn't received call yet we found out about that mistake. 3wks later my son stepped on his glasses by accident. Took them in and again frame was loose and the lady just adjusted the frame a bit so they looked to be fixed. Now my son's frames are broken again and God only knows when I'll be able to get a replacement. If your ever recommended to this office I suggest you look for other business.
Good selection of frames, multiple Years I was overcharged, horrible customer service when I went into notify them I was overcharged by $168+ multiple Years. The Doctor & eye assistant were great, but the rest of the staff needs training in customer service & correctly charging patients. Will not utilize services at Cascade Eye again or recommend to anyone else.
I came in for an appointment on Friday for a suspect glaucoma follow up. The technician did the optic nerve measurements but was unable to perform pressure checks because there was no doctor on site to honor my appointment, perform the test or answer my questions. As a patient and consumer I expect a professional practice to respect my time and concerns. This practice did not fulfill my expectation of a complete glaucoma examination at my scheduled appointment. So far attempts to reach someone who can address my concerns have been unsuccessful. My take away is that this is a poorly run practice and there is no emphasis on patient care.
