I bought two pairs of glasses last year from the granddaughter at Casey’s in Brookhaven. The first pair fell apart in 10 months but I had moved to Florida so I couldn’t bring them in to the office. I’m visiting now and using the second pair but the screws on the one side keep backing out. I asked if they could look at the screw since it’s the only pair I have and I’m visiting. They said they’re too busy to look at them. I said can I stop by later in the day and she said no but maybe they could look at them Tuesday. Told her I’m driving back Sunday and they keep falling apart. They never had such poor service years ago but it’s obvious they are only concerned with new sales anymore. American eyeglasses always fixed eye my glasses purchased through them if yog were willing to wait. They could always find 5 minutes to help a customer. If you want customer service don’t shop here

Had to go there to get prescription safety glasses for work had didn’t know I needed An appointment they still took the time to see me even tho they were a half hour from closing and got them back in a week And a massive shout out to Linda she was super helpful and even took the time to help me with a warranty claim on Oakley frames I had Gotten myself online and if someone is willing to go above and beyond with a customer who isn’t a regular that isn’t normal in today’s age From this experience, they’ve gained me as a customer been going to Americas best for over ten years and will absolutely be taking going to Cassey’s from here on out

Dr. Cassey is the absolute best!!!! Can't imagine a finer doctor or someone who cares more about his patients. And on top of all that, thr staff there are equally as wonderful! I am so thankful for them all!

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences with Cassey Optical for the several years in which I’ve used their services. Dr. Caitlyn Cassey is extraordinary—highly competent, pleasant, empathetic, and willing and able to answer a multitude of questions. She’s my favorite provider of the countless number I’ve seen over a long lifetime. The staff is also friendly and has always been helpful with anything I’ve needed. Check-in is fast and appointment times are consistently met. Please consider this office if you’re looking for a place you can trust with something as important as your vision.
