Contacted them via email about making an appointment. They got back with me in 24hrs and had a day and time available that was convienent for me. Walked in and was welcomed by the staff. Office is very modern and up to date. I signed up for the very resonable extras for the best possible exam. Dr. was super nice and took his time calcuating my perscription for my new glasses. Optomistrist was dyamite as well. She took care of me and I ordered two pairs of glasses. I will definetly be back and I found my new local eye experts!

I had glasses replaced there and when they arrived there was multiple problems with. One of the most problematic was the glare coming from both sides and the top of the lenses. They had the glasses remade because they were ground wrong. When the replacement came in they did not address the glare problem. When I said there was still glare and I wanted to have the problem fixed I was told I would have to pay for new set of lenses with an additional charge for the coating to stop the glare. You claim I declined the offer to have anti glare used. That is not true. I told you when I returned the first pair it was a very serious problem. Why would I decline it on a remake?
Vacationing here and my eye was just irritated like crazy, didn't know if I had something in it or what. They got me in within a couple hours of contacting them. Super friendly staff; clean, bright, and welcoming office. If I lived here, I would definitely be a full time patient with them.
This place is awesome! My son is working this summer for the National Parks Sevice on Middle Bass Island. He broke his glasses on a Friday and we were going to see him on Sunday on the island. So on Saturday, Indeed up eye doctors that our insurance would work. Since they were open on Saturday, I called about getting him an appointment on a Monday since he is only off on Sunday and Monday. The doctor that usually covers Mondays was going to be off the next Mondays. She told us that he could come in that day (Saturday that I called. He was working shooting muskets all day so that wasn't going to work. So she said she needed to check sometime and would call me back. She did! The doctor that owns the practice would come in on Monday just for him. It was the Dr's normal day off but he was willing to come in! The office staff was awesome and I love that the doctor took time out of his day off to help us out of a bind. I would highly recommend this practice!
What friendly and great staff, reasonable prices. Everyone was so helpful, helping pick out my new frames. They offer the newest technology for people like me who cannot have their eyes dilated. If your eyes need a check up this is the place to go.
