I have been seeing a doctor here for more than 28 years. Dr. Puk did my cataract surgery in 2018. Every follow up has been good. The appt last week was very timely and everyone was professional. You do have to schedule a ways out to get in when you want.
1st time to present location of CV. People working there were helpful kind and patient. Generally great care providers and staff. I'll go back there, if they will have me, for the rest of my life.
They were really sweet with her! Explained everything and what they were going to do to her! I was really impressed. Shes 3 years old and she was comfortable the entire time
Called to reschedule my appointment that I had to cancel and the lady on the phone got snotty with me and said 3 people tried to call you your voicemail must be full because we couldn’t leave a message when I only had 1 miss call then she asked me what days and times worked best when I told her she said you’re going to have to wait awhile since you cancelled you’re appointment already. I almost told her to just forget it
Dr. Puk and his crew have taken care of my eyes for many years. They all do an excellent job.
