Central Florida Eyes

Very amazing doctor and staff!! They were so kind and took the time to explain everything to me and my dad. They found something in the photos they took of my eye, and since our situation was time-sensitive due to an insurance issue, they helped us get an appointment at an eye specialist very soon. The frames offered here are pretty and stylish as well. They checked in with me often and made sure I was feeling ok. This was my first time here, and they made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Feliciano is amazing and very thorough. She uses state of the art equipment and always provides options based on her diagnosis and recommendations. She and her staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would recommend her highly

Made an appointment for a Friday at 8am. I also verified they took my insurance. I was sent patient forms to fill out online, which I did, which took me close to 30 minutes to complete. When I arrived, they said they didn't have an appointment for me. They also said they wouldn't take my insurance and charged me $135. I also had to fill out all of the forms again. My insurance company said they were in network and I couldn't file a claim myself...only the provider could do that. To date, several weeks later, that hasn't happened so I can get my money back and it is doubtful that it will.

Best eye Doctor out there. Very clean office space and uses modern technology for her exams. She listens and explains everything in detail and does not rush. Super friendly staff as well. Would recommend 100% to any one of my friends and family. 5 stars all the way

I hate to leave a bad review, as everyone was really great at this place. But in the end, I wasn't happy with my glasses. Everything was a blur. They told me to give it a week or so for my eyes to "adjust". Nothing changed after a week, I called them back saying I wasn't happy and needed replacement, they just told me to give it some more time. It's been months, and my glasses are still pretty much useless. From what I understand, this place can be hit or miss, and if it's a miss, you can just kiss your money goodbye. I feel like I flushed $700+ down the toilet. I won't be going back.
