After a 3 hour wait and paying $135, the dentist walked in looked in my mouth for 2 seconds said refer out and walked out. Never addressed me or talked to me directly or even attempted to treat me in house. So much for helping the community.
Update: I was never contacted as the reply below suggested and my money was never refunded as promised. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I waited over a month to get an appointment to see the doctor. I received a phone call the morning of the appointment letting me know the doctor was not going to be available and it would be another month before I could get another appointment. When I ask them to refund my co-pay for the visit that did not occur, I was informed they could not issue a refund unless they canceled all future appointments....
The Dr notified me of a concern in my lab reports and took measures to treat my condition. He was nice, informative, and professional. An overall good experience.
