Dr. Francis is an exceptional provider who truly takes the time to care for her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive the best possible care. She has been my gynecologist for several years, and I would not trade her for the world. She is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel heard and comfortable during every visit. If you are looking for a provider who genuinely cares about her patients and treats them with kindness and respect, I highly recommend Dr. Francis. She consistently delivers outstanding care and professionalism. I would definitely give her a 10/10!

I had my first visit at Central Florida Health Care - Winter Haven Women & Children and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. When I scheduled my appointment, I was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure paperwork was completed. I followed those instructions and even filled everything out ahead of time online, including uploading photos of my ID and insurance card to make the process smoother. However, upon arrival, the reception staff seemed inconvenienced and were chatting among themselves. When I approached and explained it was my first visit and that I didn’t see a sign-in process, I felt like I interrupted them. They laughed and then proceeded to take my information. I also explained that I didn’t have physical copies of my insurance card since I had already uploaded them, but I was told they were required anyway—which was confusing given the online submission process. The waiting room environment felt somewhat unprofessional. There were multiple walk-ins being accommodated, and several patients were speaking loudly on their phones without any staff intervention. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel very organized or calm. It took over an hour from my arrival time just to have my vitals taken. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the LPN and provider were kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns and medical history, which I appreciated. One concern I had was the strong push for multiple STD/STI tests, which felt unnecessary for my situation and wasn’t clearly explained. That added to an overall feeling of discomfort during the visit. While I’m grateful for the care I did receive from the medical staff, the front office experience and overall environment make me hesitant to return. I will likely seek care elsewhere moving forward.

My experience with Dr Francis was very pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was friendly and informative. Dr Francis was also punctual . Staff were polite and friendly

I had to return for a procedure following my yearly check up! Everyone in the facility was very nice, professional and efficient! The Dr and her nurse were exceptional considering I’m so afraid to have anything done, especially when I was called in for a second time. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, support and help understand my procedure. I’m grateful and thankful!

Dr. Andrea Francis has excellent bedside manners. I feel comfortable and confident in her exams and medical consultations. She is very attentive to answering my questions as well. I highly recommend Dr. Francis
