The staff and Dr Ortiz are the best!! They all treat you with respect and care giving you their undivided attention. They are extremely professional in everything they do for you. Respectfully, Mary Elliott
Dr Gomez explained my options clearly and made procedure easy to experience. His steady hand while injecting medication in the skin on my eye was reassuring. Well done. Associates assisting were very supportive and pleasant. Staff all around were efficient and pleasant.
The staff was kind and amazing. Very helpful. Imaging and exams were so good and comforting. Dr. Ortiz and Abbey were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased to be there. Ghada Carole.C
I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with the level of patience and professionalism shown by the tech who assisted my elderly family member. While the facility itself was clean and efficient, the interaction with the tech left a lot to be desired. The tech appeared rushed and visibly irritated when my family member needed extra time to understand instructions. Instead of offering reassurance or slowing down, the tech responded with short, dismissive comments that made the situation uncomfortable. Elderly patients often require clearer explanations and a bit more compassion, and unfortunately, that was not provided. Healthcare—at any level—should be rooted in empathy. A little patience goes a long way, especially for seniors who may already feel anxious or overwhelmed. I hope this feedback encourages better training and awareness so that future patients receive the respectful, considerate care they deserve.
