This is a friendly office. I love Dr Gross and her care has been spot on. Her assistant ( I think her name is Kate) was fabulous and can put drops in your eyes like no one else and she is very knowledgeable.
I’ve gotta be honest and say this is the best eye clinic I’ve gone to. The receptionist were very helpful and very kind, the optometrist/ophthalmologist was absolutely amazing and took great care of my eyes as well as informing me of proper eye care. Very informative about every step/tool taken and used on my eyes! I would absolutely recommend this eye clinic to anyone and everyone in the DMV area!
Finally they silenced the TV and made for a serene environment in the waiting room. The techs and doc were excellent as usual, and the admin people were friendly and efficient.

Professional and organized. Good Dr, very thorough and personable. However, thinking of changing only because it is soooo difficult to get an itemized invoice. Like many, the billing is not handled in their office and I’ve now been calling over a month to no avail when all I need is a couple of itemized invoices. Despite promises that they’ll be sent via email I’ve received nothing. Sad when good Drs get mired in billing staff so inefficient that the one has to seek other doctors. Update: they got me the invoices and called me to explain. And, better yet, gave me a direct email address should I ever have similar issues in the future. All’s well that ends well.
