The exam and getting glasses was easy. You had signs all over the store saying “Buy One Get One Free”. When I inquired about the second pair, I was told that didn’t apply to my purchase. Not very happy about that response. It will make me think twice before returning to VisionWorks. Two days after I posted this, I get an email thanking me for my good review, not even acknowledging my complaint.
We just had great eye examination with Dr Pinho and Dr Patel at Visionworks in Clark. Eye exam was comprehensive and detailed and we were very pleased with level of care. Both doctors were fantastic and very attentive and knowledgeable. We also want to thank Melissa and Dan for helping us with our choices and arranging home delivery for contact lenses. We highly recommend their services! 😊
Good eye doctors. I was very satisfied with the eye examination. Associates were very helpful in explaining and selecting glasses and frames for me Dr. Patel was very patient and she performed thorogh eye examination. I am very satisfied with the staff and facility. In short everyone who works there are very professional.
My time from start to finish was great. From the doctor whois one of the best doctors ive ever had and was very knowledgeable , to the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses and ordering them. I would highly recommend Vision works to all my friends and family.
I had a disappointing experience at this Visionworks location. I came in for a simple repair on glasses that started having issues within two weeks of use. Instead of a quick fix, I was told the glasses needed to be kept for about 10 days because they didn’t have the correct screw. I also asked for extra screws as a backup and was told that wasn’t possible. I brought in another pair with a damaged nose pad and was told they didn’t have that part either, even though these are very common components. When I followed up, the manager (Melissa) confirmed that these decisions were based on store policy. I was also encouraged to purchase a warranty, despite the issue starting almost immediately after purchase. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and lacking in basic service for common repairs. I expected better support and clearer solutions.
