if only i could give zero stars. Elia is terrible ! zero customer service. zero idea of how to run a business! i genuinely have nothing nice to say. gives you a huge run around on time frames and pick ups and there is never a direct answer. i waited 3 weeks for a pair of glasses and they put the wrong lenses in so i had to wait another 2 weeks. now i mistakenly went a dropped off another pair. he told me no problem gave me a date they would be ready and of course they are not ready and i keep getting “i will call and let you know” I will never return after i pick these glasses up.

Horrible!! I took my sons prescription in November, it’s February 7th and I still Don’t have it. They claim it was delivered to the flushing store and now I have to wait even longer. How did this happen? I have no clue! The one in new Hyde park I amazing!! I always go there but decided to try this one because they were the only one that took my insurance. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have paid out of pocket and not have this unprofessional place do my sons lens. Staff is unprofessional and not helpful. The only nice one is the girl that works there. Never ever again! Im now editing my review to add that after I received the glasses extremely dirty. Never have I received such horrible treatment in any eye place. The pictures don’t show how dirty they really are.

Slow and terrible customer service, and their non-brand name frames are all low quality. I've been there several times and my girlfriend has been a customer for years and they never have our glasses on time. I spent extra money here to get anti-glare and blue light coatings with a warranty, but when I sent my glasses in to get the lenses replaced under warranty, they replaced them without the coatings that I paid for. Furthermore, they withheld information on my prescription when I asked for a copy. I started ordering glasses online instead and I've found a much cheaper and higher quality alternative.

This place is terrible, left glasses there to be fixed (one lenses put in). 2 weeks later they call say glasses are ready go into pickup. I go to pickup and they ask me questions “who did I give glasses too” etc….. no guys I am here to pickup my glasses….. They then can’t find my glasses do I leave it a week call again. They still can’t find my glasses, but ask me who I have them to over 3 weeks ago…..like I remember the first name of person I met 3 weeks sgo I feel like this place is on candid camera…. Great location for business but they can’t fix or locate my glasses….

So kind and professional. They know the perfect fit and never try to over sell. In fact they saved me money. The frames are all insured and they didn't even make me wait. I love this place and will never go anywhere else. You also get fast appointments for eye exams.
