Never have I left this office disappointed by the level of care or customer service I received. Dr Johnson is one of my favorite providers. Recently I had to go through retina surgery. I was very happy with my experience from Dr. Johnson's understandable explanation of what had occurred thru the outcome of the referral he gave me💛
All the staff was great A-Z. Eye exam was thorough and they wanted to make sure I was happy with the new contacts. Able to trial them and go back the following week to provide feedback. Optometrist was so pleasant and took the time to go over everything without rushing me.
The Eye Dr very Good explained everything well took great care of me! The other staff very helpful very polite A Hreat place to go to for your Glasses & Eye Exam!!
Very quick and easy and for the first time in my 18 years I was able to understand the problem with my faulty eye due to the exelent staff of Chelsea Vision Care and Dr. A.J Johnson.
