I cannot recommend Dr. Archambault and the staff at the Jefferson City Walmart location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, organized, and professional.The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my issue without making me feel rushed. They made sure all of my questions were answered, which immediately put my mind at ease. The entire process was seamless, and I am thrilled with the results of my visit.If you are looking for an expert, compassionate eye specialist in the Jefferson City/Morristown area, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I attempted to schedule an appointment with this office over the course of a few weeks. The office is closed on Wednesdays, which I understand, but phone calls go directly to voicemail and require callbacks. Unfortunately, this resulted in several rounds of phone tag before I was finally able to speak with someone. When I did connect with the office, I was informed they do not accept my insurance (even though the Walmart Vision Center does). I wish that information had been easier to obtain earlier in the process, as it would have saved time. Ultimately, I chose to schedule elsewhere due to the difficulty reaching someone directly. Clearer communication about insurance and live phone availability would greatly improve the customer experience.

Terrible way of treating any human being on Earth. The team don't explain a single proces ( what they put in your eyes, why, what they are about to do etc). After checking my eyes Dr Archambault gave me a prescription, telling me I can buy the glasses anywhere I want, that's it! again without explaining what glasses it would be, why, what I might need or not, absolutely zero explanation. They probably assumed I am an idiot. I hesitate to buy the glasses they prescribed me up to now, because I can't trust these people. I am someone who studied almost as long as you Doctor , or even more, yet you treated me as an object. I will prefer to see another eye doctor hoping that person would be a more serious and respectful person.

Dr. Cherie Archambeault is the absolute best!!! I made mistake of going to an in-network optometrist, and was disappointed with outcome. I went back to Dr. Archambeault rectified my situation, and left her office confident & relieved!!! Thanks, Doc!!!

Dr. was prompt and friendly and was able to correct my vision with several options. Good with after exam care. Office is small, otherwise great location in Jefferson City. Will be using going forward.
