I appreciate these guys extracting my tooth but I'm not too happy with this place or I should say system. Gave me a referral for an oral surgeon in Lansing when there was one 10 minutes from where I lived. Told me I they were accepting new patients so I called registration repeatedly waited in queue only to get transferred to voicemail left voicemails never got responses finally called again and got somebody only to tell me that they're not accepting new patients. These health systems are so far out and it's completely unacceptable you make a profit need to do more for your patients. Should not be a 3-month waiting list or longer. Might as well live in Canada with their corrupt system.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The wait is sometimes long, but not unreasonable. They are very helpful and understanding when I have been late for an appointment, in which case, they have called me to make sure I am okay.

Apparently they open at 8am iv been calling for 40mins after 8am and no one's picked up keeps telling me it's after hours that I'm calling so unprofessional thought I was calling a cherry health not a bank

I couldn't ask for a better environment. The staff are so accommodating. The pharmacy stays up on all my husband's and my Medication. Dr. Hansen is so awesome she takes the time to listen to your needs. And a special shout out to Valerie, Tina, and Felicia, for being so friendly.

I see Laura Hansen PA at Cherry health in Greenville. I find the staff very friendly and efficient. The MAs, Nurses and everyone I've had contact with have been wonderful, helpful and friendly. There are times it's been very busy there and I've had to wait ( only one time.) All it takes is one person being late for an appointment and the whole day will get behind. That's not my providers fault. I'm patient and make sure I take reading material if I have to wait. There's only been one time there has been a wait. It's ok, other people have problems and need care too. I really like it at Cherry Health & love my provider. I like to stay on top of my health and she's on the same page so we do great!!!
