Dr. Loius was wonderful. She has a great bedside manner and a direct, kind, and concise approach. I have had to use the establishments with my insurance previously that do not have a physical eye doctor on site, and I don't feel I was provided the proper prescription. This experience was so much better. She found me a proper fitting contact lense after a thorough exam and with her experience with patients with my same challenges. I highly recommend!

Everybody here was very friendly, helpful and professional. Mackenzie did the preliminary tests, and then Dr. Louis completed my exam. All of my questions were answered. Very convenient location. I will recommend Cherry Vision Center to my wife and friends. Thanks Cherry Vision Center for a great experience.

Very friendly office, pleasure to work with. An extremely thorough eye exam by the doctor, much more than my previous optometrist. She came up with a solution for my new prescription, which the other doctor didn't. They worked with me to get what I needed (glasses w/extras, i.e. transition) within my price range. I would recommend Cherry Vision Center.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Cherry Eye Center. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 AM, and I was instructed to arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork, which I did. Despite arriving on time and completing everything requested, I waited over an hour before even being taken back, and I am still waiting to see the doctor. I understand that delays can happen, but there was little communication regarding the wait and no apparent respect for patients’ time. If patients are expected to arrive early and be punctual, the same level of professionalism should be extended by the office. Poor time management and lack of consideration for patients’ schedules made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from a medical practice.

Very pleasant experience from the staff. From the time we arrived to when we completed our appointment we felt welcome non-rushed and given help with all choices regarding our glasses selection.
