I had an outstanding experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, accommodating and highly professional from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent care and attention I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

This was my first visit at Chesapeake Eye Care & Laser Center. The staff was welcoming upon check-in and check-out. Everything appeared to be clean and organized. Dr. Dunn was amazing and definitely a breath of fresh air as he has a wonderful sense of humor and explained things very well. The downside to this visit was the wait time to see Dr. Dunn after the various tests. I think there was a slight communication issue. Otherwise, this would have been a great visit. Thank you Dr. Dunn. I will see you next month.

I want to thank this office and specifically Gina for their outstanding care and honesty. I was referred to CEC for a LASIK consult. Very unfortunately, I am not a candidate for corrective eye surgery, but this goes to show the incredible conservative approach EVERY eye center should have. I appreciate their honesty and not taking risks with my sight. Gina was so wonderful and hopeful during this entire process. She is a WEALTH of knowledge and deserves some serious recognition. She knew how badly I wanted this and went above and beyond to make sure we ruled out every option. Gina is an asset to this practice and I hope she is there when one day I might be considered for corrective surgery, in the future :)

I cannot say enough good things about Gina at Chesapeake Eye Care Clinic. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my vision care. Gina took the time to explain my options, answer all my questions, and provided valuable insight with my aging eyes. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I never felt rushed and always felt like she was focused on finding the best solution. Excellent customer service and wonderful personality.

From beginning to end it was a wonderfully positive experience. I'm a wimp when it comes to my eyes but Dr. Chase made ne feel comfortable and respected. He addressed and eased all my concerns. I'm delighted to find an office that I can trust for all of my eye care going forward. If my very first experience as a child had been that comfortable I'm sure I wouldn't be a wimp now. Thanks!!
