First time shopping at Warby Parker. 5 stars. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall, which is rare these days. Warm welcome from Isaiah right as I walked in. He helped me navigate through Warby’s vast and amazing selection. He explained the various styles and types and what generally made sense for my face shape, and he did all of this with confidence and a sense of humor. Isaiah answered all of my questions and submitted an insurance claim on my behalf. Looking forward to my new progressives and prescription sunglasses. I highly recommend Warby Parker in Walnut Creek and will be returning. Ask for Isaiah!

Best place I’ve found to get my glasses and also for my family. All four of us shop here for our glasses even though we have Kaiser insurance. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly to help out deciding on what we are looking for and new styles offered keep my girls looking fashionably updated. Very happy with location and their staff members.

I’ve been to Warby Parker in Walnut Creek several times. Everyone is great here! When I stopped in this week, ISAIAH helped me and he was so wonderful! He suggested some frames for me and helped me to choose between 2! Then I realized that they have a promotion where if you buy 1, you get the second one 20% off. I decided to come back with my daughter who needs another pair of glasses. He remembered me and said “welcome back”, he had my frame noted in my profile and made the process super easy! I was in and out in less than an hour. This is by far the best and easiest frame selection process I have ever had. The selection is vast and inexpensive. And the staff do not pressure or overwhelm you when selecting your purchase. The entire experience was a very welcomed and comfortable surprise.
