I had a great experience with everyone at Christenson. My exam and the results were explained clearly. The staff was also helpful in the process of picking out my glasses. I will be back.
Dr's were great. However, when I got the glasses and paid a very substantial price even with having one of the best insurances. Glasses were awesome, but then 2 months later I received a bill for an additional $55. They are way overpriced even with insurance. Also no explanation why the additional charge (even called) and was told they had charged the wrong amount. P.S. I did go to your website and didn’t find anywhere it said to contact us unless you meant to say to call which I did and it went to VM and didn’t allow me to leave a message.
We came to this clinic via referral for vision therapy services through their related business, Christensen Vision Therapy Center (a cash practice). The exams in the regular clinic and the therapy sessions have both been very good experiences. My son just completed his 15 weeks of therapy with good results and during that time he connected well with Jessica, his vision therapist. Thanks!
Was able to get in promptly after finding my insurance wasn’t accepted at another establishment in Hudson. Everybody was friendly. The office was clean and I thought everyone was very professional very satisfied with my visit and my purchase.
Excellent vision care and patient focused. Additionally amazing at helping eye disorders in concussion and vision therapy is a bonus not available at most eye clinics. Trusted with my family’s care for 15 years we’ve lived here
