I had an excellent experience at Googly Eyes, especially with Dr. Ivette Gonzalez. She was incredibly friendly, thorough, and compassionate from start to finish. I don’t have insurance, and she was so adaptable and willing to still see me, which meant more than I can say. The total cost of my contact lens exam was $155, and she wrote me a prescription I can use for my 1-800 Contacts orders—no hassle, no pressure. Most importantly, I truly felt seen. She didn’t rush the appointment, took time to answer all of my questions, and really personalized the experience. I’ve been visiting eye doctors since I was 12, and this was genuinely one of the best eye doctor experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and Googly Eyes to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Ivette was amazing! She took her time carefully checking my daughter’s eyes and made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions with so much kindness. We truly appreciated her care.

I had an eye appointment with Dr. Gonzalez at Pearl Vision in Viera, Florida. she was the nicest Doctor I have ever been to. She was so easy to talk too.She was very caring and very thorough. And Matt and Shelley were awesome and super nice helping me pick out my glasses. If you want a clean office, professional, caring people helping you.Than definitely book an appointment at (Pearl Vision) in Viera at the Avenue.

Located inside Pearle Vision, Dr. Gonzalez is a great optometrist! She is very nice and educates patients who have questions. The staff is courteous and the office/store is very clean and easy to find frames. I would highly recommend her!

Shelly was awesome. She was extremely patient and helped my daughter with her contacts for the first time. She had a great attitude and was attentive. We had a great experience with her. Unfortunately there was a different front office lady who was extremely rude and talked disrespectfully to my daughter when she came back for a follow up. She aggressively made comments in a disrespectful tone like “you should have had the contacts on already. That is what you are here for.” She asked my daughter for her name and my daughter gave it to her and the lady said rudely “are you from Indiana because I don’t see an Ariana for here.” She didn’t see her birthday on the computer and was really rude to her about not finding her in the system and Shelly kindly pointed it out and the other lady was really rude to Shelly. If this lady is unable to be a people person she has no business working in the business of customer service.
